Shipping

US domestic shipping

All online orders under $400 are shipped using USPS Priority. Each package is insured for the value of your order. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is ready. Orders over $400 will be shipped via FedEx and require a signature unless I am told otherwise ahead of time.

Local Pick-Up

If you live in the Triangle area, you are welcome to pick your order up in-person at my studio. If you choose Local Pick-Up at checkout, you will receive an email with more information.

International shipping

I ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Contact me as this shipping option is not available through my shop.

Returns

Adornment

I take returns on a case by case basis. I want to make sure that you love your piece and know that you will find joy in wearing it! If you find that something is not suiting you well, I highly encourage and exchange over a return, or a shop credit instead of a refund. There is a 5% fee in the case of a refund.

Commitment

I do not take returns on custom jewelry.
