Autumn in the Studio
Usually at this time of year, I am elbow deep in production for the holidays. This year, I am focusing more on custom projects, and am taking things more slowly as I build other aspects of KHM behind the scenes. I am not yet sure what the Soirée will look like this year, but stay tuned!
My body holds patterns so deeply, that the smell of fall still makes me think it’s time to go back to school, and also that it’s time to let my creativity go wild. I am letting those instinct live on by staying up late in the studio creating new pieces in between other projects (below are a few from this week), and by going back to school! I will be diving deep into stone setting by honing my skills in micro-pavé this November. Micro-pavé means tiny diamonds everywhere in all four dimensions. No surface in time or space, curved or flat will be safe after I get my hands on these skills!
